Fattoush RECIPE
Fattoush is a popular salad in Middle Eastern cuisine that is made with a variety of fresh vegetables, herbs, and pieces of fried flatbread.
The ingredients are tossed together with a dressing made from lemon juice and olive oil. The vegetables used in fattoush can vary, but typically include tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and lettuce. Fattoush is often served as a side dish, but it can also be eaten as a light meal on its own. The crisp and refreshing flavors of fattoush make it a popular choice during the warmer months.
