Air Fryer Roasted Vegetables

VEGETABLES CAN BE BORING SOMETIMES. BUT NOT WITH AIR FRYER.

To roast vegetables in an air fryer, you will need:

  1. Your choices of vegetables, such as bell peppers, onions, zucchini, and eggplant
  2. Olive oil or another cooking oil of your choice
  3. Salt and pepper to taste
  4. Any additional seasonings or herbs you would like to add, such as garlic powder, paprika, or oregano

Here's how to prepare the vegetables:

  1. Cut the vegetables into uniform pieces so they cook evenly.
  2. Toss the vegetables with a small amount of oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. You can also add any additional seasonings at this point.
  3. Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket, being sure not to overcrowd the basket. You may need to cook the vegetables in batches.
  4. Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook the vegetables for 8-12 minutes, depending on the size of the pieces and the type of vegetable. You may need to shake the basket or flip the vegetables halfway through cooking.
  5. Check the vegetables for doneness and cook for a few additional minutes if needed.
  6. Serve the roasted vegetables hot, garnished with additional seasonings or herbs if desired.

Note: Cooking times may vary depending on the size and type of your air fryer, as well as the size and type of vegetables you are using. It's always a good idea to check the vegetables for doneness and adjust the cooking time as needed.
