Air Fryer Roasted Vegetables

To roast vegetables in an air fryer, you will need:
- Your choices of vegetables, such as bell peppers, onions, zucchini, and eggplant
- Olive oil or another cooking oil of your choice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Any additional seasonings or herbs you would like to add, such as garlic powder, paprika, or oregano
Here's how to prepare the vegetables:
- Cut the vegetables into uniform pieces so they cook evenly.
