AIR FRYER FISH N CHIPS RECIPE
Air fryer fish and chips is a delicious and convenient way to enjoy this classic dish at home. To make fish and chips in an air fryer, you will need the following
Ingredients:
- 1-Fish fillets (such as cod, haddock, or tilapia)
- 2-All-purpose flour
- 3-Egg
- 4-Panko breadcrumbs
- 5-Salt and pepper
- 6-Potatoes
- 7-Vegetable or canola oil (for the air fryer basket)
1- To begin, cut the potatoes into thin wedges or chips and place them in a bowl of cold water. 2- This will help to remove some of the starch and ensure that they cook evenly in the air fryer.
3- Next set up a breading station by placing the flour, beaten egg, and panko breadcrumbs in separate shallow bowls.
4- Season the flour with a little bit of salt and pepper.
5- Drain the potatoes and pat them dry with a paper towel.
6- Coat the potatoes in a little bit of oil and season them with salt.
7- Place the potatoes in the basket of the air fryer in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd the basket. Cook the potatoes for about 15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crisp.
